Sarah Tate

Sarah Tate is a citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario, with ancestral ties to the Red River area. She is an Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Education. She is also currently completing a Master’s degree in Public Relations. She writes stories that reflect her experiences with Métis identity for the next generation of readers. The Table Knows My Name is her debut picture book.
